Overflight Restrictions

At White Tail Aviation, the safety of our crew, passengers, and assets is paramount. To ensure safe operations, we maintain an up-to-date list of airspace restrictions based primarily on information provided by safeairspace.net🡭, a trusted resource for assessing conflict zones and high-risk airspaces.

Please note that while we use safeairspace.net as the foundation for our overflight policy, White Tail Aviation reserves the right to impose stricter operational limitations or to deviate from the recommendations presented on the site. Our internal safety and security assessments may lead us to classify certain airspaces as off-limits, even if safeairspace.net does not issue the same level of caution.

Furthermore, any destinations located within Level 1 or Level 2 restricted airspaces are strictly prohibited from being operated to under Free Flights or Charter Market Flights within Newsky. Such destinations may only be served under our Scheduled Flight Program, which allows us to conduct the appropriate risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation measures prior to authorizing any operation.
